Email DockMaster.bca@gmail.com and we will get back to you. Telling us your role — owner, technician, manager, or administrator — usually saves a round trip.
Invite links open a web page rather than the app. Tap Copy invite code on that page, then in DockMaster choose I have an invite link and Paste from Clipboard. Copy the whole link — copying only part of it drops the code.
Technicians and managers need approval from the marina administrator. Ask your marina office to approve you, or use an invite link, which skips the queue.
The marina's subscription needs attention. Nothing has been deleted. A crew already on a job can still pause and stop a running timer so hours are not lost. The marina administrator can renew from the Plan tab.
No. The marina holds one subscription that covers all staff, and boat owners are always free. Only the marina administrator ever sees a purchase screen.
Manage or cancel the subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Open the Plan tab and tap Restore Purchases. If it does not clear, email us.
In your marina's own account — see the privacy policy. Because it is not tied to one phone, a lost or broken handset costs you nothing but the handset: sign in on a replacement and your marina is there.
Two ways. Send an invite link from Invite People, which skips the approval queue, or read out your marina code from the same screen and have them enter it when they sign up. Technicians and managers who join by code still need your approval.
Keep working. Timers, notes, parts, and completed jobs are all saved on your phone and sent up automatically when you are back in range. A line at the top of the screen tells you how many changes are still waiting.
On the sign-in screen choose Master Admin, then Locked out? Recover master access. You will need the marina code and the recovery key shown when the marina was created. Nobody — including us — can reset an administrator without that key, which is what stops anyone else doing it.
Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, your role, and what you expected to happen.
